• Wrong item delivered

Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, refund, or replacement request, a proper unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must:

• Be recorded from the start of opening the package

• Have no cuts, pauses, or edits

• Clearly show the shipping label and product condition

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Personal dislike or change of mind

• Slight color variation due to lighting/photography

• Improper handling or misuse of the product

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges for sending the product back will need to be covered by the customer.

1 Year Replacement Warranty

This product includes a 1 year replacement warranty covering:

• Gold plating fade

• Polish fade

• Manufacturing-related finishing issues

If any eligible issue occurs within the warranty period, we will assist you with a replacement after verification.

Please note:

• Warranty does not cover physical damage, scratches, breakage, or improper usage

• Customers may need to bear shipping charges for warranty replacements
